BASIC package
- Checking of property twice a month (indoor and outdoor). In case of bad weather, extra check included.
- Ventilation of the property, watering flowers and houseplants.
- Checking the installations for water and electricity, as well as all of the external openings (doors and windows).
- Key holding.
- Monthly report via e-mail to the owner of the property.
The price of the basic package is 500 € / of real estate annually.
STANDARD package
BASIC package +
- Check for any mail and bills and payment of monthly bills for electricity, gas, water and telephone, in agreement with the owner of the property.
- Arranging of minor repairs when needed, and performing minor modifications within the estate, on the behalf of the owner of the property.
- Correspondence with the local authorities and insurance in respect of the property.
- General cleaning and preparing of the property prior to arrival of the owner or the person addressed by the owner.
The price of the basic package plus 800 € / m2 of real estate annually.
EXTRA package
Standard package +
- Landscaping and maintenance of garden, flowers, trees...
- Finding and supervising workers in case of major repairs or damage to the property.
- Cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools .
- Switching electrical appliances (refrigerator, water heater, heating, cooling, etc.).
- Renting of property.
Price Extra package is NOT AVAILABLE of real estate (real estate + garden) annually .
